We had the chance to sit with veteran Atlanta-based casting director Winsome Sinclair to talk about her amazing career. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, she has worked on such films as Malcolm X, Amistad, 2 Fast 2 Furious, and Barbershop 3.

She discusses her highs and lows as well as lessons learned from working with some legendary directors including Spike Lee, Steven Spielberg, Malcolm Lee and more.
